RSR seeks someone who lives and breathes paid media with a skill set across paid search and paid social. Are you adept at both? We want someone with proven experience. If you have worked on paid media for an e-commerce shop or run paid media for a retailer, we want to talk to you.  

  • Lead RSR in paid media with light oversight and be impressively client-facing. 
  • Manage and run, day-to-day, all Google AdWords and Facebook Business Manager campaigns.
  • Monitor and update other platforms and their measurement formats, other measurement tools in general and Google favorability studies.
  • Drive both DMP and the customer data platform experience. 
  • You must be able to measure performance across the entire funnel. 

 

Keep in Mind: Programmatic media skills plus both B2B and B2C experience are important to us at RSR. CPG is NOT an advantageous experience for RSR's needs.

 

What You'll Contribute

  • Develop media plans for campaigns against client goals (branding / engagement, sales, audience growth, etc)
  • Develop short and long term digital advertising strategy for clients with the goal of driving new customer acquisition (sales growth), brand engagement, and/or customer retention through prospecting and remarketing campaigns utilizing search, social, premium display, rich media, video, and mobile advertising tactics
  • Manage paid search, display advertising, social advertising, and other paid media channels.
  • Develop reporting framework for all client advertising and put together weekly and monthly reports.
  • Own relationship with digital advertising vendors
  • Research and analysis on markets or ideas as assigned
  • Manage the entire marketing deliverable cycle including initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting
  • Work with internal marketing team to generate weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports and dashboards, and recognize and troubleshoot data anomalies
  • Ensure reporting provides an analysis of results and leads to performance insights that extend into optimization ideas.
  • Provide these results, insights, and optimization ideas to Account teams in order to grow accounts and improve client goals
  • Ensure that all client documentation is spot on, following internal documentation processes and approval process
  • Work directly with accounts team to help facilitate client meetings and provide online marketing expertise as needed
  • Maintain an understanding of industry trends and provide relevant insights to teams as to how they might affect client accounts

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years experience managing paid search, display, video, and paid social campaigns campaigns with a minimum budget of at least $50k+/month
  • Currently employed as a Marketing Manager or similar role
  • College degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required
  • Experience with optimization of paid media campaigns to hit CPA, ROI and Engagement goals.
  • Expert knowledge of Google AdWords and Bing Ads
  • Expert knowledge of Facebook Business Manager (Ads Manager, Power Editor)
  • Strong overall Digital Marketing knowledge, with a hunger to learn more
  • Extremely data driven and detail oriented
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines
  • Google Analytics experience required, experience with additional platforms preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for this role
  • Extremely analytical, detail-oriented and organized
  • Demonstrate mastery of online marketing tactics including the execution of keyword builds, bids and bid optimization strategies, implementation of new tactics, and related activities.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in the industry
  • Experience in prioritizing a heavy workload and the ability to meet and exceed client deadlines with accuracy
  • Strong history of managing large digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience creating reports and recommendations based on account performance
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Expert Excel skills are vital to this role
